Punjab CM Digital Skills Program 2025 is an initiative to strengthen women by equipping women with advanced digital skills. This aims to bridge digital division, increase women’s employment, and encourage entrepreneurship by providing the necessary knowledge and technical expertise in the digital economy. Digital Skill Program Focus Area

The program provides experience on hands in various digital skills:

Digital Marketing: 

This includes digital marketing, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn), search engine optimization (SEO), Google ADS and Facebook advertisements, email and SMS marketing, influencer marketing, and the introduction of content strategy and blogging.

E-commerce and online selling: 

An online store (Daraz, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy), Product Listing and Optimization, Dropping Business Model, Order Management and Customer Service, and digital payments are included in set up Pakistan.

Freelancing and online work: 

A freelancer focuses on creating a freelancer profile (Upwork, favor, popular), receiving freelance projects, writing winning offers and bidding strategy, time management and client handling, and pricing and payment methods.

Chief Minister Digital Skill Program Eligibility Criteria

Applicants have to fulfill the following criteria 

• Must be a female resident of Punjab
• They should be between 18 and 35 years of age.
• The requirement of minimum education is a master’s degree.
• Internet connection should have access to a computer or smartphone.
• Preference will be given to unemployed women, students, and people interested in freelancing or entrepreneurship.

For Rural Women’s Program: 

• Priority for women under 30 years of age.
• There should be 16 years of education from a recognized institute.
• Should pass an entry test.

Digital Skills Program Required Documents

To apply for the Punjab Skill Development Initiatives scheme, the following documents are usually needed:

1. CNIC or Form-B
2. Domicile Certificate
3. Passport indicating birthplace
4. Utility Bill (no more than 3 months old)
5. Matriculation/Intermediate and masters Certificate indicating your board affiliation
6. Any other document that establishes your residence in Pakistan
