The whole process of the free solar panel scheme will be done digital balloting system. Around 471,82 systems of 0.55 kW and 47,301 systems of 1.1 kW will be installed under the scheme. It will be provided to consumers who are consuming 100 units per month and up to 200 units per month. Verification shall be carried out through the reference number and CNIC number placed on the monthly bill of the consumer. A helpline has also been established to facilitate and assist the consumers who are receiving free panels,” the chief minister was commanded.
