Funding, Partnerships, and Strategic Goals

This kp youth loan scheme in 2025 has considerable financial backing from the government: in the next three years, the government will allocate a total of Rs 3 billion for this scheme. This budget has been divided, in turn, into two main segments, i.e., cluster-based business loans through the Bank of Khyber and personal microloans through Akhuwat Microfinance. The cluster-based approach is designed to encourage the formation of teams consisting of 3 to 5 youth for addressing risk in borrowing, while the micro-loans will be served to individuals, particularly women and marginalized groups. The strategic goals of this scheme are to create self-sufficient enterprises, promote innovation, and minimize reliance on traditional employment sectors.
