Eligibility Criteria of PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4

The applicants will meet the below-listed eligibility criteria for PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 :

  • Institution Requirement: Must be registered in a public sector university having recognition from HEC.
  • Eligible Courses: MS, M.Phil., Ph.D., MBA, and Master’s degrees
  • Minimum Achievable Percentage: 60% marks under the annual examination system or 70% under the semester examination system
  • Previous Awardees: Those who already have received a laptop under any government scheme are not eligible for this scheme.

PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 Distribution Schedule

Laptops will be distributed under this phase from February 20, 2025, through a merit-based selection process. The government plans to distribute about 100,000 laptops under this phase and considers all deserving ones as recipients of these essential learning tools.
